livetools — chat live
    Platforms

    Every chat in one window

Connect your accounts once in the dashboard. From then on livetools collects messages from every platform into a single stream — no more switching between tabs and windows.

    • Twitch

      Twitch

Chat messages together with channel badges and third-party emotes. Shared chats are supported.

    • YouTube

      YouTube

The live chat of your current broadcast lands in the same stream as every other platform.

    • Kick

      Kick

Chat connects through your own Kick account — no separate bots or third-party services needed.

    • VK Video Live

      VK Video Live

VK Video Live chat is read in that same window — no separate browser tab to keep an eye on.

Every message carries a platform badge, so you can always tell where it came from. System messages can be switched off, leaving only live chat on stream.

    Settings

Tuned to fit your stream, not the other way round

Looks, fonts, what to show and what to filter out — all of it changes right inside the app.

    Plenty of skins

Switch the look of your chat in one click — from a plain list to neon and glass. Try them out.

    and more

      Fonts and sizing

Take a font from Google Fonts or any one already installed on your computer, set the message size and the spacing between messages — chat stays readable at any resolution.

      What to show

A couple of switches strip out the noise, leaving only what your viewers actually need.

      • Platform badges
      • Badges next to the nickname
      • Message timestamps
      • System messages

      Blacklist

Words and phrases, one per line. If any of them shows up in a message or a nickname, that message never reaches your stream.

      Your own rules

Ran out of built-in settings? Add your own CSS right in the widget settings and style chat exactly the way you pictured it.

      More widgets

      Timer and notes — free

Besides chat, livetools ships two widgets that need no subscription. Both go on stream exactly the way chat does.

      Timer

      Free

A countdown to a chosen date and time — or a stopwatch with start, pause and reset.

      • The countdown stops at zero — handy for announcements, breaks and marathons.
      • The stopwatch remembers its value and picks up where it left off on the next run.
      • Styling: format, font, size, text and background colour.

      Notes

      Free

Text notes kept inside the app and shown to your viewers: the plan for the stream, chat rules, a list of goals.

      • Formatting: headings, lists, quotes, links, bold and italic.
      • Edits show up instantly — no restarting the widget or the scene.
      • Transparent background, for when the note has to sit on top of an image.
      On screen and in OBS

Chat on top of the game — or as its own source in OBS

      • A window over your screen. The widget is an ordinary window: drop it in any corner and keep it above everything else.
      • Click-through mode. Turn it on and the window stops catching your mouse: chat stays visible while the game keeps playing normally. Opacity is on a slider.
      • One monitor is enough. No second screen to hold chat on, no alt-tabbing back and forth.
      • A source for OBS Studio. Every widget has its own link — add it as a Browser source in OBS Studio, or in any software that supports browser sources.
      • Several chats at once. Create multiple chat widgets with different settings and platforms — one per scene.

      OBS source http://127.0.0.1:…/chat?widget=…

Best not to show the widget link on stream.
